Collection Costs: You promise to pay all costs of collecting the amount you owe under this agreement including court costs and reasonable attorney fees.
Late Charges: A late fee of twenty percent (20%) of interest due with a minimum of five dollars ($5.00) and a maximum of one hundred dollars ($100) will be assessed on borrowers delinquent 15 days or more.
Filing Fees: You will be charged a lien filing fee at the time of the advance if the credit union takes a security of interest in your collateral. The amount of the filing fee will be based upon the amount of fee required by state law for the credit union to obtain a lien on your property. The amount of the filing fee will be disclosed on the voucher.
Application Fee: $5.00 per application for all loans.
